Visiting the site

The site runs on one server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. Your browser sends its IP address with every request, because the server needs it to send the page back (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The server keeps no log of the pages you open or of your IP address.

Fonts and pictures come from this server. The cover pictures of stories are fetched by this server from the original article or from YouTube and passed on to you, so those sites do not see your IP address. Links to originals open other sites only when you click them.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, theme, and only when you choose light, dark or system mode. It keeps that choice for a year and is shared with the other 32dots.de sites so they open in the same theme (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).

Search

What you type into search goes to this server, is matched against the stories, and is not stored.

Your rights

You can ask what we store about you, and have it corrected or deleted, at info@32dots.de. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
